John K. Celebi is Chief Business Officer and brings extensive transactional and alliance management experience to Igenica. He joined Igenica in 2011 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategy. Previously, John served as Vice President of Business Development, New Product Planning, and Alliance Management at ArQule, Inc., where he led the company’s business development efforts, including key corporate partnerships with Daiichi-Sankyo, Roche and Kyowa Kirin. John joined ArQule in 2003 through the acquisition of Cyclis Pharmaceuticals, where he was a founding member of the management team. Between 1995 and 2003, John spent several years in research and business roles at Tularik, Biogen, and Agilent Technologies. John earned a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biophysics from the University of California, San Diego.
